You will receive an email from us soon containing your customer reference number.
- If you have booked a pickup, you will receive an email confirmation, with the DHL label attached. Please print the label and attach to the outside of the box ready for collection. Please also enclose a copy of the email that has your details inside the package.
- If you have requested a quote, a data recovery specialist will contact you as soon as possible (8am – 6pm GMT) Monday – Friday.
- Please note: if you have sent your request after business hours, you will be contacted the following business morning.
